Companion Services include keeping the client company and engaging the client in any number of activities, such as Conversation; Reading; Writing; Games; Crafts; Playing Cards; Walking; Assist with Entertaining; Medication & Appointment Reminders; Escort to Appointments, Visiting Friends & Neighbours; Shopping, Events, Plays, and Religious Services.

Home Support Services include Planning, Cooking, and Serving Meals, Feeding, Hydration ; Light Cleaning; Vacuuming; Dusting; Mopping; Washing Dishes; Laundry; Ironing; Changing Beds; ; Cleaning Living Areas and Bedrooms, Caring for Houseplants; Taking Out Garbage, Transportation, Errands, Appointments, Grooming (Hair Care, Shaving, Oral Care,; Makeup; Dressing) Hygiene (Tub, Bed or Sponge Baths; Showers; Toileting Assistance), Mobilization (Turning, Lifts and Transfers), Ambulation, Companionship, Monitoring of Vital Signs such as Blood Pressures, Pulse and Respiration, and Medication Reminders.

We work with you to establish safe and more comfortable environments, trusting relationships and techniques to maximize independence for as long as possible for those with Alzheimer's disease. Our specialized approach of encouragement and assistance helps family members cope with the challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other dementia illnesses and utilize every resource to keep your loved one safely in their home.

Must book for a consecutive 24 hour period to receive this rate All Home Support Services over a 24 hour continuous period.

One hour safety visits to assess the safety of the client and their home with a follow up report provided to family member(s) to report findings.

Mileage fee of .65 charged for transportation provided via an employee vehicle. If a client vehicle is used no mileage fee will be charged, restrictions apply please contact management for further information.
